Lucky Member of TruStone Financial Wins Once-in-a-Lifetime Shopping Spree

PLYMOUTH, Minn. (Jan. 23, 2020) – Early last month, one lucky member of TruStone Financial Federal Credit Union loaded up on big-ticket merchandise and was treated to an all-expenses-paid trip for two to Chicago—just for using her TruStone debit card.

Judy from Pleasant Prairie, Wis. was surprised when she got the call informing her that she was a winner of the Credit Union Magic Minute™ Loyalty Sweepstakes, sponsored by PSCU, TruStone’s CURewards program vendor. She would soon learn she was winning the experience of a lifetime.

In Chicago, Judy and her husband, Tony, got to make a mad dash through PSCU’s Rewards warehouse to fill two huge carts with as many brand-name items as they could grab in 60 seconds. During the race, Judy steered the cart while her husband grabbed the items. At the end of the warehouse dash, Judy and the six other winners were given the opportunity to go back and choose one last item.

So what did Judy bring home? She was lucky to grab more than enough gifts for the whole family. Some of the items she won include a Samsung television, a Dyson vacuum, a grill, a Macbook for one daughter, an iPad for the other, and a Cabbage Patch doll for her new granddaughter. As for the rest of the trip—“We were treated like rock stars, everything was top-notch,” Judy said about the whole experience.

Ben Gibney, Assistant Vice President and Card Services Manager at TruStone Financial, was able to attend the Run the Warehouse Dash event and cheer Judy on. “It’s so exciting that a wonderful member like Judy was able to enjoy this surreal event,” he said. “We always enjoy hearing the stories of how our members utilize our rewards, and to have Judy win this experience tied to our CURewards program is simply fantastic.”
