UPDATE // December 7, 2020

As an essential business, TruStone Financial plans to remain open for normal business hours. We want to assure members that we continue to follow the CDC’s latest guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19. In addition to implementing social distancing measures in our branches and corporate center, we are continuously sanitizing shared spaces and frequently-touched items. For those who would prefer not to visit a branch at this time, we offer a number of convenient ways to bank remotely.

UPDATE // July 24, 2020

Effective beginning Saturday, July 25, face masks will be required for all employees and members over age 5 inside of branch locations in Minnesota, per the Minnesota statewide order. In Wisconsin, our employees are required to wear face masks and our members are strongly encouraged to wear one as well.

Other social distancing measures will remain in place at all our branch locations, including acrylic barriers, floor markings to maintain social distance and frequent disinfection of surfaces.

Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to ask you to remove your hat and sunglasses if you’re wearing a face covering in order to identify you.

TruStone employees who interact with members in person are required to wear face masks, as of Monday, July 20. Until July 25, members are strongly encouraged but not required to wear masks.

Please contact us if you have any questions.

  • Encouraging members to use face masks (Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to ask you to remove your hat and sunglasses if you’re wearing a face covering.)
  • Frequently disinfecting surfaces
  • Following new capacity guidelines to maintain social distancing

For added safety, we have also placed acrylic barriers at member interaction areas.

As always, please contact us if you have any questions.

UPDATE // May 15, 2020

TruStone Financial will be opening branches by appointment only beginning Monday, May 18, 2020. Drive-thrus will remain open during normal business hours.

If you would like to schedule an appointment at your local branch, visit your branch’s location page and click “Request an Appointment.”

The safety of our members and employees is a top priority, so please note that we will be implementing social distancing practices in branches. Some of these include:

  • Limiting branches to essential functions only—kids’ play areas and coffee stations are temporarily closed.
  • Asking members to maintain a distance of 6 feet—floor markings have been placed.

Members are strongly encouraged to wear face masks, but they are not required. (Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to ask you to remove your hat and sunglasses if you’re wearing a face covering.) Employees have been provided optional face masks.

Rest assured that as we move toward making branch services available again, we continue to sanitize surfaces frequently and thoroughly for everyone’s safety.

UPDATE // April 15, 2020

For information regarding your COVID-19 stimulus payment, please visit this page on IRS.gov. From there, you can click “Get My Payment” to check on the status of your payment.

TruStone Financial is aware that many members are having trouble accessing their accounts online and on mobile at this time. This issue is due to the high volume of activity our digital banking system is currently experiencing. Many people are logging in to check on the status of their stimulus payment, and the unprecedented level of activity is placing strain on the system. Our digital banking provider is actively working on a solution to this problem so that our members can use online and mobile banking as soon as possible.

If you are unable to access your accounts online or on mobile and you need to complete a transaction, please visit the drive-thru at your nearest branch or call our contact center at 800-862-1998. Please note that we are experiencing higher than average wait times because more members are using the contact center at this time.

We are very sorry for this inconvenience. We recognize that our members are relying on remote banking to pay bills and manage their finances. We are doing everything we can to provide you with the level of service you expect. These are challenging times for everyone, and we greatly appreciate your patience.

Update // March 27, 2020

Dear Valued Member,

We continue to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19), ever-mindful of our commitment to fulfilling your banking needs and our concern for your health and safety as well as that of our employees.

In response to recommendations regarding social distancing, we have decided to temporarily close the lobbies. As an essential service, our drive-thrus will remain staffed and will maintain normal hours during this period of temporary lobby closure.

Please review the following ways TruStone will continue to meet your banking needs during our temporary lobby closure.

Drive-Up Window // Mon-Fri 8 am to 6 pm, Sat 9 am to noon
Our drive-up offers services, such as: withdrawals, deposits, balance inquiries, transfers, renewing certificates, instantly issued cards or purchasing Visa® Gift Cards. You can stay in your vehicle during your transaction and still receive the same member service you’ve come to expect from your neighborhood credit union. Find your nearest branch location here.

Night-Drop Service // Mon-Fri 8 am to 6 pm, Sat 9 am to noon
Drop off your deposits in our night-drop service and we’ll process during normal business hours.

Contact Center // Mon-Fri 8 am to 6 pm, Sat 9 am to noon
For all of your banking needs, call 800.862.1998 to speak with a staff member. Our contact center will have increased staff to handle additional call volumes. And, you can always bank with us through our mobile app or online banking.

For additional options, check out our blog on How to manage your money remotely.

Thank you for your continued support.
